Cult Classics AZ’s 25th Anniversary Holiday Screenings!

It's time for the Holidays and Cult Classics AZ, http://www.cultclassicsaz.com, the leading repertory film series in the Valley, is here to help film fans ring in their yuletide celebration in unique style. Cult Classics brings back two unique and fan-favorite films to the big screen that have a Christmas theme and an enduring following for fans with special screenings of THE ADDAMS FAMILY on 12/10 and BATMAN RETURNS on 12/17."We're excited to bring fans the ability to relive the communal experience of seeing these classic films on the big screen where they belong; and to share them with family and friends for what could be the first time." states Cult Classics AZ programmer Victor Moreno.
First, on Saturday December 10th, Cult Classics and Zia Records bring THE ADDAMS FAMILY back to the big screen for one night only at 9:30pm at Pollack Tempe Cinemas, located at 1825 E. Elliot Road in Tempe, Arizona.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary, Uncle Fester has been missing for 25 years. An evil doctor finds out and introduces a fake Fester in an attempt to get the Adams Family's money. The youngest daughter has some doubts about the new uncle Fester, but the fake uncle adapts very well to the strange family. Can the doctor carry out her evil plans and take over the Adams Family's fortune?

Batman Returns
The following week, on December 17th, Cult Classics and Zia Records hit the streets of Gotham City for a 25th anniversary screening of Tim Burton's BATMAN RETURNS!
Having defeated the Joker, Batman now faces the Penguin - a warped and deformed individual who is intent on being accepted into Gotham society. Crooked businessman Max Schreck is coerced into helping him become Mayor of Gotham and they both attempt to expose Batman in a different light. Selina Kyle, Max's secretary, is thrown from the top of a building and is transformed into Catwoman - a mysterious figure who has the same personality disorder as Batman. Batman must attempt to clear his name, all the time deciding just what must be done with the Catwoman. Plus, As always, Cult Classics will have a variety of VIP perks like preferred line access and giveaways from Zia Records.
